1. Class Bookings

• Once a class is booked, it is considered confirmed.

• Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation by Student

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund (if applicable).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made close to the class date.

3. Cancellation by Don Resin Class

If a class is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

• A full refund or

• Rescheduling to another available class

4. Digital Content

• No refunds are provided for digital content, recordings, or downloadable materials once access is granted.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
